I LOVE being able to work from home so I can soak up my babies as much as I can. 👶🏻💙💕
Some days, I just REALLY need to get some work done and just can’t, because my kids need me. 😬
While I love being able to work from home for my family, there is times I just wish I could be “at work” distraction free like other working moms. 💆🏼♀️ I am sometimes envious that they get to be fully present at work and have adult conversations and interactions.
As envious as I can be of other working moms, I know you really aren’t working distractions free. Your distractions just look different than mine.
While you see a mom who gets to soak up all the baby cuddles, I see a mom frustrated because she hasn’t been able to get any work done in over two weeks. 😭
A friend of mine reminded me last night that my word of the year is GRACE. 🙏 I need to give myself grace when I feel like the work is piling up and it all needs to be done. At the end of the day, my kids need me more. ❤️
